Once a project is confirmed we will, on your behalf, undertake to submit local authority approvals. Given all the necessary information is available and with your cooperation we can submit the necessary application(s) covering design / layout / specification of floor slab / lighting / smoke detection / escape routes / DDA / handrailing / structural or mechanical calcs and so on. The only costs incurred would be those that would ordinarily be chargeable ie: cost of application plus any structural or mechanical calculations required or other specialist information the project demands.
